Refund policy

We offer a 7-day risk-free return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same new, unused condition as received, including original packaging.

If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or use, a partial refund will be issued based on the condition of the product. Refunds in such cases will range between 50% to 80% of the original purchase price, commensurate with the degree of damage or depreciation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund accordingly.
